Careers: Director of Channel Sales

Location: NY/NJ, DC, Denver

Reports to: Vice President of Sales or CEO

Job Description: To deliver revenue by selling Rova software through strategic partners, carriers, value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators and channel partners to large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales revenue through the channel to achieve quota attainment
  • Recruit, train and manage new channel partners while supporting existing partners
  • Help partners achieve revenue and service level goals by developing and managing the partner business plan
  • Drive new business sales activity by co-selling and co-marketing with partners
  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategy in accordance with sales goals
  • Perform other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years experience in outside sales with enterprise software, communications, remote access, security and managed services companies
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements through channels to large enterprise accounts
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the communications market
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Positive outlook and aggressive solutions selling skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
