Careers: Director of Sales

Location: NY/NJ, DC, Chicago, San Jose

Reports to: Vice President of Sales or CEO

Job Description: To acquire new business by selling Rova software directly to large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales revenue to achieve quota
  • Identify, qualify, propose to and close new customers while supporting existing customers in geographic territory
  • Develop and manage customer relationships through entire software life cycle
  • Drive new business sales activity and track progress using customer relationship management software
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy in accordance with sales goals

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years experience in outside sales with enterprise software, communications, remote access, security, or managed services companies
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements to large enterprise accounts
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the communications market
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Positive outlook and aggressive solutions selling skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
